• Peer support, not medical care. Same Boat is a community of fellow patients. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed clinician.
• You own what you post, and you grant us permission to display it to the community per your chosen visibility. You can delete it anytime.
• Be kind and safe. No advising people to stop/alter treatment, no specific dosing, no selling cures or supplements, no harassment, no doxxing, no impersonating clinicians.
• Stay anonymous. Don’t post others’ identifying information, and protect your own.
• US-only for now. You must be of legal age to consent (final age policy pending counsel).
• We may hold or remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
